| The Banquet Room at the Collin County Association of REALTORS offers one of the most flexible venues for a wedding in the area. This 4,100 square foot room has an occupancy of 200 and can accommodate almost any event. A marquee is available to advertise your special day, along with other options including: up to 25 five foot round tables for seating with eight chairs per table (rectangular tables are also available), a dance floor (23x22), a stage area (23x11), up to 24 hour room rentals, podium with microphone and stage lighting. Also available is a full-service kitchen facility with a serving window from kitchen to banquet room. | |||||||||
