I want to thank you all for the wonder "state-side" wedding reception that we recently had at your establishment. I must admit, it is a high bar that is set when the reception that immediately followed the wedding was held at Lake Orta in the lakes region of northern Italy. To strive to duplicate the Italian experience in Dallas was ambitious to say the least. You exceeded all expectations with creative menu planning, delicious food and flawless execution of service.
With patience and flexibility, you accommodate our increased guest count on the very day of the event. Your staff handled all of the details with grace and ease.
I lost count of the number of guests who stated that they had a fabulous time and were simply overwhelmed by the entire evening. The food, service, the ambience and the music-it was an exceeding successful event in every way imaginable and a reception that my daughter and new son-in-law were very proud to have been honored with back home in Dallas. We cannot thank you enough for making my mother-in-law's 75th birthday dinner simply beautiful! She was so comfortable and happy and I've never seen her have more fun. The service was spectacular. Our server was so detail oriented and efficient and extremely patient. I knew you all would do an amazing job but never could have imagined such a beautiful night. The food was wonderful as usual, the atmosphere was perfect and thank you for helping me keep it all reasonable yet memorable. I wanted to take a moment to extend our sincere appreciation for the excellent level of service you provided for our wedding reception on February 17th. We searched the entire Dallas area for several months looking for the right place to celebrate our big day-no one compared to Bugatti. From our first meeting Michael took us under his wing with an excellent presentation of the food and service you have to offer, and numerous helpful suggestions on details that we were uncertain of. It was so refreshing to find a place that offered a courteous, respectful approach to sales, and excellent value at the same time. Our reception was perfect in every way. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, and the food was incredible. All week our family and friends have been calling us with compliments telling us this was the nicest wedding reception they have ever been to. It exceeded our highest expectations.
