Custom room set-up is included in the rental price, along with a dance floor, stage, podium and outdoor marquee to advertise your event. In addition, you can select your own caterer or choose to use our kitchen facilities! The Banquet Room at the Collin County Association of REALTORS® rents for only $1,200 for a 24-hour period.
